My friend Filiz is back in Chicago (from Istanbul) and teaching Pilates at Align. I personally have NO idea what to do with those machines but it looks really cool. Filiz has been doing this forever, she's a pro and makes it look much easier than it is.
Filiz is SO strong... I kept telling her it was ok to take a break ANY time... but she just kept rocking the poses. 
until the end... she finally took a break!
